Every hanger, accessory, and item you receive is designed, created, and manufactured in the heart of the Valsesia, with meticulous attention to each detail. Yes, our craftsmen personally handle all the details of our articles, working the wood and other materials with expert know-how. All our hangers and wardrobe elements result from the perfect combination of advanced technology and craftsmanship, which, together, result in unique objects of lasting beauty.

Personalizing your hangers is quick and easy. In no time at all, you can create something unique that says something about you. Follow these steps:

  • select the collection you prefer
  • choose the hanger
  • select the color
  • choose the color of the hook
  • would you like to add initials? Take a look at these samples and decide on the font.
  • if it’s a gift or just because, you can also add a personal note.

In our T-Shop, you’ll find all the prices. When selecting a product, you’ll see the price, with or without VAT, and the shipping costs. Periodically in our T-Shop, you’ll also find special offers. Just add the discount code when purchasing. Sometimes it may be included automatically in the final price. In any case, it is visible on the checkout page.


Most of our collections are made from beech wood, but we also use other kinds of wood from independently monitored and assessed forests by accredited bodies in accordance with the principles of sustainable forest management. Red cedar and Canaletto walnut, two qualities of wood we import from the United States, are guaranteed by our supplier lumber mills as sourced from responsibly managed forests.

We safeguard the environment by following an organizational system based on shared rules designed to avoid waste caused by production and management errors. We have obtained the UNI EN ISO9001 certification. Our water-based coatings are used for the majority of our collections, which reduces the use of solvents by 80% and minimizes residual waste. We use natural finishes such as carnauba wax and natural oil treatments. We recycle manufacturing waste and always employ responsible practices for the safety and well-being of all.

To calculate the number of pieces needed, simply calculate that for each one-meter bar, the following can be hung:

  • 13 hangers for JACKETS
  • 26 hangers for SHIRTS
  • 30 hangers for SKIRTS/TROUSERS

To choose hangers for your walk-in closet, you first need to think about the garments having to be hung and who will be using them.

There is a suitable hanger for each item, as each one has a different shape and thickness depending on how it will be used. For example, the shoulders of jackets, vests, and coats need the proper support, so our hangers for outerwear are at least 4/6 cm thick and have a soft and ergonomic shape.

Shirts, on the other hand, only need hangers that are 1/2 cm thick.

Our women’s hangers have shoulder slits to hold tops and anti-skid velvet on the shoulders to hold silk shirts or dresses.

Trousers probably should be hung with non-slip bar hangers.

And for skirts, the clips are rubber-coated, so they do not wrinkle the fabric.

Hangers about 1.5/2 cm thick are perfect for children and teens.

The hooks and metal parts bring out the elegance of the product and its design.  Hooks are available with different galvanized and epoxy treatments in different shades of color. The styles may vary according to personal choice in order to best match the chosen model.

No, for administrative purposes, you cannot delete your order. You can decide to cancel your order. Custom orders cannot be cancelled.

Of course you can. Toscanini offers solutions for any type of business, from ateliers to hotels, an as well as restaurants and wellness structures. Our products are made to satisfy any need regarding personalization and style. If you would like, you can request a specific quote by contacting us.


Transactions on the Toscanini website are always secure.

For Credit Card purchases, please keep in mind that we never see your card numbers and the card is not saved in any database or archive.

With online payment all information is encrypted. No one can track your credit card number or other personal information.

Since Toscanini does not have access to your data, it cannot be held responsible for improper or fraudulent use of credit cards by third parties. Contact your bank in case of problems.

Purchases with PayPal ensure the reliability of the system, one of the best known and widely used for online transactions. It allows you to create a personal account and connect this system to your credit cards.

The payment is made via a direct connection with the PayPal website. Again, transactions are encrypted.

Toscanini will not and cannot track your data. If you encounter any problems with your payment through PayPal, please contact the PayPal support team.

1. Bank Transfers

Use the order ID as the description. Be sure to include the order date as well as the first and last name of the person placing the order.

The bank transfer payment receipt must be sent within 3 days of the order acceptance date.

Your order will not be shipped until the funds have been received in our account, subject to a margin of 7 days. After said period, the order will be automatically cancelled.

2. PayPal

PayPal is a simple, fast and reliable payment method that allows you to make purchases without having to provide credit card information.

By selecting this payment method, you will be sent to a page on the PayPal website where you can enter your e-mail address and password and proceed with the payment.

If your order is cancelled, the amount will be refunded to your PayPal account.

You will receive an email to confirm the order from PayPal.

3. Credit Card

We accept: American Express, MasterCard, Visa.

All credit card payments on our site are encrypted.

The full amount due will not be charged until the products are shipped.

Additional information may be required to prove ownership of the card. If we should not receive this information, the order will not be accepted.


Shipping and delivery of your order should take a maximum of 10-12 days, which is needed for manufacturing, packaging and shipping. The time required by the courier will vary depending on where your order is to be shipped. Please check below.

If you have chosen to pay via bank transfer, the delivery date will be established upon confirmation of payment, while for all other payment methods (credit card and PayPal), your order will be processed immediately.

Toscanini is liable for any defects occurring within 2 years (24 months) of purchase in accordance with the provisions set forth by Italian law and Legislative Decree no. 206 of September 6, 2005 (Consumer Code, regarding to the protection of consumers, which applies to the corresponding EU Directives and, in particular, the principles and procedures established by European Directive 1999/44/EC).

Within this period of time, the Customer has the right to request the product to be repaired or replaced. Products modified, repaired or altered in any way by the Customer are excluded.

The present guarantee is valid as long as both of the following conditions are met:

  1. the defect occurs during the 24 months following the date of purchase:
  2. the Customer submits a formal claim concerning the defects within a maximum of 2 months from the date in which said defect was detected.

It is recommended to keep the invoice/receipt and the purchase document so as to be entitled to the guarantee.


If the product presents qualities and characteristics different from those specified during the purchase, you can make exercise your right and your product will be replaced or you will be refunded.

Please keep in mind that slight variations are always possible due to technical characteristics, materials and color resolution characteristics of the computer used by the Customer.

We are sorry you aren’t happy. For a full refund, you need to return it within 14 days of delivery. We will ONLY accept complaints or returns regarding the size of the hangers or the monograms on the products if they do not correspond to the original order.

Send the return request to client.service@toscanini.it. Be sure to include the proof of purchase and reasons for the return within 14 days from the date you received the items. You will receive information on how to proceed. The items must be shipped within 7 days from the date of this notification.

All costs incurred in returning products will be at your own expense and responsibility. Products must be returned in their original packaging. Please make sure the pieces are properly protected in order to guarantee their integrity. So, check that the product is intact and complete with any accessories.

Once we have verified the conformity of the returned product, we will refund the price of the returned goods and any delivery costs within 14 days from when we became aware of your return request.

This present guarantee is valid provided that both of the following conditions are met:

  1. the defect is detected within 24 months of the delivery date of the products;
  2. the Customer submits a formal complaint regarding the defects within a maximum of 2 months from the date on which the defect was recognized by the Customer.

If the product is damaged, it may be replaced by contacting us at client.service@toscanini.it and be sure to describe the problem. Enclose, if possible, pictures of the damage and keep the packaging as well as the delivery document. We will offer to replace the product, or as an alternative, if not possible, a refund. Return charges will be paid by Toscanini.

On the other hand, in the event that anomalies are incurred during delivery (e.g. tampering with or damage to the packaging, damaged products, missing items from the packing list, etc.), these must be indicated directly on the delivery document in writing and signed by the Customer.

Your money will be refunded as per your payment method. In any case, the refund will be made within 7 days of receipt of the returned product.
